What happens if I am not happy with my purchase ?

Laneway Loyalty has a 14 day warranty period for all products from the day you receive the items. If you are not satisfied with the quality or if the product is damaged we will give you back a full refund guaranteed.

 

Why is my package taking longer than expected ?

Laneway Loyalty will always ensure that our products are delivered to our customers on time, however due to the COVID 19 pandemic there may be a delay from our suppliers to your door. We look on average 2-6 weeks delivery.

 

Can you customise my name or other designs into your products ?

Absolutely. We have a full customisation service that can put whatever you would like on our shirts, simply get in touch and give us your design and its on, simple as that.
